
OUR CLASSES
Our signature Vinyasa class is a fun, full-body flow that builds strength, balance, and flexibility by linking breath with movement. Expect energizing poses like plank, downward dog, and warrior stances—all in a warm 90–95°F room to help you sweat, stretch, and glow.
The original hatha! This beginner-friendly series is great for all levels—yet still a challenging class for the seasoned yogi. Guided step-by-step with verbal cues, it works every inch of your body. We offer both warm and hot versions of this class. Heat will be denoted on class title.
This all-levels class is your time to relax and recharge. Our version of yin yoga uses long-held, prop supported poses (2–10 minutes) to deeply restore body and mind. This class may use blocks, bolsters, and straps. It’s the ultimate self care experience. No heat added.
This class is the perfect blend of our Flow and Grounded classes for a fun, challenging practice. You’ll revisit familiar poses, try new ones, and work your whole body while calming your mind. Great for all levels! Moderate heat added.
